Other than any other statements necessary, are you saying that any given program can be written using either loop or if statements (for the purpose of the program)? And if so, how does one learn which is the best approach to use if both are "correct"? Thanks! =).

I have a question. What do I need to learn to write my APP idea I have. The idea is not out yet and my close friends and family said its a GREAT idea. It will save people a lot of time, money and gas It will save A LOT of everyone's TIME and GAS. I can't say more without telling my idea. I have no clue where to look also for someone who can write and maybe they can have up to 40% of the company or more. I want it to be on Phones. I heard its different coding for apple phones? is that true? I was an AV install tech but I know nothing about coding.
