Here for the settings...mine rubbed off...but the crock pot still cooks like a champ.

I have a digital crocpot and the instructions say NEVER seal the lid when cooking. You seal the lid ONLY WHEN CARRYING IT to a potluck etc.

Thanks for this video. I bought this today...could not for the life of me figure out how to lock it....I knew it was something simple I was missing (it was!) but I didn't want to bring it back and look like a fool lol, so I searched Youtube & found this video....Thanks! 
And btw, I like the non-electronic kind like this better, because 1. the electronic ones break more often and 2.  it's best to monitor anyhow.  Can't wait to use it!

I am just a little confused because I noticed on my instructions for my crock pot it said to NEVER lock the lid while cooking I then went online and it said the same thing and then called the company and they confirmed the lock is just for carrying the crock pot is not to be used as a pressure cooker it could explode with all the steam building up. So perhaps there are different crock pots with different instructions but just for safety make sure it supposed to be locked.

I have the exact same one and I love it! But the settings on mine don't read "Low, High and Warm." Instead, on mine it reads "I, II and instead of warm there's a little picture of a crock pot." That's not too confusing right? I mean, why it just doesn't say "Low, Med, High" is beyond me because technically "warm" or in MY case "crock pot symbol, " IS Medium. (Exhale) Oh what a tangled web we weave!

Supposed to be a high and low Crock-Pot slow cooker oval in shape it has a lid but it does not have those clients I paid close to $40 for it I mean I hope it's a good decent when it looks nice what you're showing is a little different from what I've got I don't know if that's good or bad

No. The original slow cooker was a "deep well" and they were found on a lot of stoves back in the 40s and 50s

Hello don't you have a slow cook button on pressure cooker, I do on instant pot. Then you don't need 2 pots.
