Have a different version of the My Time crockpot. It has a larger digital display which also count the minutes in warm status (4 hours maximum time warming). I just got mine 3 days ago. I’m vegan so I got mine for making soups. Love it.

The little dipper is for warming dip. If you are not happy with it Coostco will take it back, no questions asked.

I think the lid has those spaces to let out the steam. At least thats what I read on a Q & A about it. I would always suggest you read the instruction booklet

I guess all the crock pots with a removable crock have a space between the crock itself and the metal surface where the heater element is below, I kind of threw me for a loop using one in the truck when I'm driving I'm concerned that there may be a problem maybe it would overheat cuz it's not making contact with a crock but so far so good. 😬

Why do people put up videos like this? I just want to know how to use it. I don't need to know how to take it out of a box. When I need to know how to take something out of a box, I'll take myself out. Hopefully, there's a youtube video for that that doesn't show me how to get a rope out of a box.

I noticed that it doesn't come to a full boil, I'm finding that it takes longer than my hamilton beach crock pot even tho i set the costco crock pot to the highest setting
