Tap both earbuds at the same time while they are in the charging case. Then try to pair. It worked for me.

this didnt work for me, both blink blue and white once taken out of the case. they only want to pair individually.

Try this. Open the lid of the case, then close it. Repeat 7 times. Then take the left earbud out and swallow it. Once retrieved from your feces the next day, place back in ear. After this they should connect together properly. Worked for me!

Ended up working for me After a LOT of tries. Like, 10 or 15 times of putting them in the case, tapping, and taking them out again.
Can't tap too slow or too fast, and it can't be a random number of times it does have to be exactly seven

it worked for me
(edit) once both tapped it 7 times, as said in the vid remove one and remove right after the one u need to wait like 1 seconds to take the other earphone. (it worked for the first time)

Here, hope this helps. Click forget turn off Bluetooth, put both back in case click both 7 times. Here is the catch remove the right or left earbuds and then right after remove the other in 1 second, like I said remove it in 1 second after doing the first one and then that’s it hope this makes sense

This worked for me the first time, it’s the video’s audio where you can only hear it on your right earbud 😪
