correction: DDR2 WILL GO in a DDR slot but DDR wont go in a DDR2 slot

What about using protection for ESD? The motherboard and DDR RAMs are extremely sensitive to ESD damage

Really? I didn't have to get a scan, all I did was describe the manufacturer, type of computer, model, and then it came up with the type of RAM.
