I am using this product and found warm water and toothpaste works. That is when I finally get them off. The product sure does work. Very pleased with the sticking power. Thank you!!

I've been struggling with this issue since I got my first partial top plate of dentures 2.5 years ago(March 2020) so glad I found this video. Fixodent is the only thing that I feel works for me but hate the after effects upon removing my top teeth. Now I know what to do...

best way I have found is use DRY paper towles or kliness waded into a ball, NOT ROLLED but waded so it has a lot of creases and crevises and kinda use a rolling motion with it up in the roof of my mouth.

Pinch hold what I can between Paper and it helps get it the sticky plastic glue off the roof of my mouth and my gums.

I also found that drinking really cold water or rincing with real cold water seems to make the glue a little firmer/ harder and it mdoesnt streatch as much when trying to remove it.

Hot water seems to make the glue streatch more and harder to get off for me.

I found the dryer the paper is that I use the better it works rolling against the sticky stuff the better it sticks to the paper towel or napkin etc.
It does take a few times and a few towels/ pieces of paper towls not the whole sheet but maybe about 1/4 to 1/2 a sheet at a time.to get it but its the best way I have found.

Warm wet wash cloth. Rub, rinse, brush, repeat until that slick feeling is gone. But, the stuff works and I still use it. If I only would have took care of my natural set this well….ohhh well.

Use gauze. Sticks to the gauze and comes right off roof of mouth. A little tip from my dentist

I've tried this method and others, nothing has worked. I finally decide to use a toothbrush and scrub the adhesive off. Sometimes my gums get irritated but at least its off.

I use dry gauze or dry paper towels to rub paste off of my dry gums, and it’s easier to remove if I’ve had my dentures in for at least eight hours. I hate this whole thing, I gag constantly, but I learned something about that: If you smile broadly you cannot gag. It works.

I just have started using this & I put a *VERY THIN LINE* as I'm just 2wks out from having my teeth pulled & wearing my temporary set. My dentist told me that I needed to wait for at least *2-3 weeks BEFORE I can start using the fixodent!* Being that my upper & lower sets are shrinking in size *FASTER* than what the dentist thought, I *HAD TO USE SOME TODAY, BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO BE AT MY REGULAR CHECK-UP & MY TEETH FLOPPING AROUND!* Although my Dr does know what is going on, I wanted her to just *SEE* my new teeth. Not to be able to *HEAR* them clanking against each other! Plus, it hurts like hell when that happens! I think I'm going to try the *BAKING SODA* suggestion if the *mouth wash* doesn't work for me!! Wish me luck!! 🤐🦷🤐🦷

Simply use ordinary baking soda, wet brush dip into baking soda and brush. Also it takes it off the dentures. The soda mixes with the adhesive it comes right off.

Thank you for the tip I have actually drank warm coffee I know this sounds awful for some people but I take the warm coffee and I swish it around in my mouth and it just loosens the adhesive some. So that's a nice tip I didn't know I could use mouthwash and I did not know I could use toothpaste on my dentures I know you don't have these toothpaste on your dentures you just soak them. But as far as when I put the dentures in my mouth the fisted it just sticks up there and oh my gums and I have to scrub up my finger pull it off It just it really makes me hate dentures but yeah I want to be able to look more normal. So thank you for these tips I plan on using some mouthwash thank you and I will put that in my denture bag that I take places with me if it works Also a little tube of toothpaste.

I found that using a dry paper towel or designated washcloth typically I use the designated washcloth because it grabs more and then after that if you dare you can use a little hydrogen peroxide will help bubble it off

Listen:::Get a glass of hot water and just gargle, the water will just loosen the glue and you can just wipe it out..I prefer gauze or paper towel..I just learned to his and it works people…have a good day!

It's such a pain in the ass to take it out of your mouth! I use the fixident ultra, and it is horrid! But it works great!

Doesn't work! I hadto scratch the BEEPING stuff off, which made my sore mouth even more painful! Now scared to try this stuff again.

If I put Fixodent plus on my lower dentures immediately I have a cup of tea they become loose. And if you swallow the glue will it harm you.
