This is an educational lecture video on the topic of 'p-v-T surface' with a focus on understanding the Phase, p-v and T-v diagrams.

Any Engineering students can find this video beneficial, but it is specifically directed towards undergraduate students of Mechanical Engineering who are being introduced to Thermodynamics.

As a reference, students can refer to Shapiro's book titled 'Fundamentals of Engineering Thermodynamics' or Cengel's book titled 'Thermodynamics: An Engineering Approach' for further in-depth reading.

"Pressure remains constant through the two phase region".

1) is this true of all phase diagrams or just T-V, and true of all two phase regions, or just liquid-vapor?
2) what is the physical reasoning behind pressure staying constant in the two phase region?
