Inverted Aeropress, 2 paper filters
24 grams coffee medium grind
60 grams of water for bloom (15 sec with agitation and another 30 sec in rest) not sure the temperature
Add the rest of the water until 224 grams total, stir for another 15 sec
Cap, wait 80 sec, invert and press (about 30 sec)

Thanks for this video, I'm an Aeropress newbie and it has helped me tremendously. Love the inverted method much better! The first time I made coffee with it the regular way last week, using their metal filter screen, all the water whooshed right through into the cup before stirring. The grounds are about a medium grind from what I can tell (Peet's Alameda Morning Blend). So that was frustrating. Thank goodness for the inverted method.

I dont have a scale but I just used a normal scoop and eyeballed the amount of water you put. Best cup I've had from the Aeropress yet! Inverted method ftw
