Repenting from sins is something that anybody can do. Atheists do it, Muslims do it, jews do it, repentance in a salvific sense is to turn from whatever your trusting in and turn to Jesus for salvation.

This is where confusion is in play for me. Free grace seems to teach there is nothing I can do too earn my salvation I just need to trust in Christ I don’t believe I can sin freely but I found myself when believing the other way I constantly repented begging Christ to forgive me without assurance because I was trusting in my own performance now I know He has saved me and I’m covered by His blood

1:27 you say the Bible teaches we must have holiness which is correct. BUT, you fail to realize it is impossible to be holy. NO sin can be accepted in to heaven. Just one sin is enough to not be holy. That’s why we trust in Christ because he NEVER sinned. His righteousness is imputed to us. People don’t like free grace because you have to humble yourself and realize you can’t be holy on your own. It’s easy to say you are holy when comparing yourself to others. The doctrine you are teaching is a doctrine of self righteousness and is based in subjectivity and not objective truth.

And yes Jesus Christ did pay for all our sins you are watering down the gospel a sinner will still get into heaven if they believe in Jesus Christ you are a sinner too just like all of us

The problem is that you have a false definition of repentance. Repentance for salvation does NOT mean turning from your sins. When you believe in Jesus and ask him to save you, that is a natural form of repentance! The Greek word for repent is Metanoia, which simply means a change of mind. You turn to God, NOT YOUR SINS. A person can’t even turn from their sins without the Holy Spirit’s help. After salvation a person can repent of their sins and ask forgiveness for their sins but not for salvation.

I have a friend who unfortunately believes in this heresy. He accuses me of believing a false gospel but cannot biblically justify his position. He just uses human reasoning to rationalize his view and ignores the basic grammer contained in the Bible.

The amount of mental gymnastics he goes through is so confusing that I literally have to read the Bible afterwards to be at peace again.

Lately God revealed to me that most of those people preaching “free grace” theology and doctrines, haven’t even been born again, at least i doubt.. Because things they believe and preach, attidute they have, just reveals to me and makes me question if they truly know Christ… And Jesus said “by their fruit you shall recognise them”

Brother free grace isn't just about doing whatever you want. Think about this, for us sin doesn't come with hell, but it comes with consequences on earth. You should know better not to rob a store because you're gonna go to jail for it, you should know not to cheat on your wife because it's gonna come with divorce and will put you child in a bad spot, you should know better not to eat a bunch of unhealthy food because because it destroys your body etc. Hell is NOT what stops us from sin, but the earthly consequences that comes with those sins

This is why the definition of repentance is so important. It's a change of mind not a change of behavior.

Wow believing this is going to send you to hell 🤦🏽‍♂️Faith alone will save you why would you have to work for a free gift if you think u can save urself and try to follow the law if u break just one you will then be judged by it instead of saved by grace praying for you Tho

Some people call free Grace Easy Believism. Easy Believism, the way I see it, says, that you just need to believe (sometimes pray a prayer), and you're saved. Praying a prayer isn't required to be saved, but that's pretty much correct otherwise. Both Free Grace and Easy Believism believe this. But they differ on their position of sanctification or good works. Free Grace says that we should try to turn from our sins to earn God's favor, have fellowship with him, and avoid consequences on Earth and loss of rewards in heaven. Easy Believism says sanctification is completely optional, and you can choose to do it or not do it. Even if that's not what they are, there is still a crucial difference between the two. One regards sanctification as important in the life of a Christian, but separates it from salvation. The latter disregards sanctification completely, and says it doesn't matter at all what you do after being saved. Lordship salvation essentially says that sanctification must be there, or else the person never believed in the first place, or even worse, they have to turn from their sins to be saved. Both are essentially a subtle form of works-based salvation.

FREE GRACE THEOLOGY IS THE GOSPEL. repentance is repentance from believing in other gods, repentance form unbelief And faith towards Christ. It is not new! It is the very gospel that Jesus Christ taught. Everything else is just RELIGION. WE ARE AT PEACE WITH GOD THROUGH CHIST. NOT OUR OWN FILTHY WRAGS RIGHTEOUSNES. IF WE COULD DO IT ON OUR OWN WE WOULD NOT NEED CHRIST. YOU ARE GOING TO PARISH BECAUSE YOU ARE STRIVING IN YOUR FLESH. NOT THOUGH CHRIST. There is no legalism in free grace. Sir you are mistaken.

Explain this then. Romans 4:5 - “However, to the one who does not work but trusts God who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness.”

People believe that you can lose your salvation and that is not in the bible. But it is not an excuse to sin. If you fall into sin they will lose their eternal rewards which is not good.

That’s not what it says says you are a custom of doing evil can you do good? There is none righteous no, not one the gifts in calling of God or without repentance Romans 11:29 I neither learned of men, nor was, I thought it of men, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ

Okay so if someone has 20 seconds left to live, and they wanted to receive salvation.. How would they do that in your view? What would you say to them? Can they be saved? They can’t repent of all their sins or even be aware of them all to repent of them. Can they just believe and be saved like Paul said in Acts 16:30-31 to someone who asked that very question “what must I do to be saved” .. and I’m sure you know how paul answered him. You are confused and in total error here. The actual true solution is to simply separate a believers salvation (which is a gift from God he purchased for us by His Blood alone) from sanctification process of the believer. All you’ve done here is strawman people who believe in eternal security and call them “free grace” and misrepresent them.

In Luke 16:30, the rich man in Hell speaks of repentance.
That, right there, disqualifies Free Grace from being true. To believe in Jesus means to repent from sin BECAUSE Jesus is our Lord.
We don't repent from sin JUST BECAUSE as the Free Gracers believe falsly.
We are COMMANDED to REPENT because of what JESUS says since He is THE WORD made manifest in the flesh.
Aren't we to believe in THE WORD which is IN HIM ?

Luke 10:13 Jesus says that if His miracles were done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have REPENTED already.
John 11:15 & John 11:42 Jesus says He is performing the miracle on Lazarus so that the crowd surrounding Him MAY BELIEVE.

Repentance and BELEVING are inherently LINKED together.
Just like Sin and Death are inherently LINKED together.
Just like Grace & Gift are inherently LINKED together.

I can go on and on about all the false things in Free Grace theology smh
