Great video, love the fact that you can see the juices dripping off the meat but the crackling is obviously still crispy. Interesting to see you kept it at 450 for the whole one hour. I’ve always reduced the temp after the first 15 mins because I was worried about drying out the meat but it looks like that wasn’t necessary. Am cooking loin of pork tomorrow so will give this method a go. Cheers!

Omg that looks so good, looking at purchasing same smoker as yours, is that the 560. Also can i cook any sort of meat in this smoker, IE kebabs, chicken, leg of lamb, cheers
