My NEAT list is, manage all gardening and all house work and walk everywhere especially to the shops. Just be active and not sit around.

Hi sir, I'm from chennai. for the past four months I have been watching all of your videos. I have taken so many points that you have said into my life. My weight was 104 in Mar. Now its 96. My weight is only going down. and I'm feeling more energetic. Thanks for making change into my life. Understanding all your concepts and understanding my body and make my own plan worked out for me. Now I started say NO to many bad foods and stopped eating at night. even when Im working at night I don't eat. After waking up I eat and reduced overall cal in my diet. I have started taking more veddies and fruits. Now reduced my rice intake 60% to 80%. Oil foods NO NO... Packed food, sweets, Added sugar, pre-cooked, added preservative, fast food and oily, unhealthy evening snacks. All I did without exercising. Now Im going to start NEET also....

I managed my pcod and obesity with a clean diet and exercise. I got a wonderful and super knowledgeable fitness expert who helped me to do so. I am in love with physical movements. Dr pal is providing very relevant advice. I have benefited immensely with what he is saying. You are great doctor.

I already workout for an hour per day and started the 8 hours eating window too … I am going to start this neat technique from now on
1. Planing to avoid elevator
2. Gonna walk to my near shops

Thanks a lot for such an informative video and explaining the concept of EAT & NEAT. I started walking 10, 000 to 13, 000 steps throughout 24 hrs excepting the sleeping time. Today I start 16:8 . Perhaps no thanks is enough to convey my depth of gratitude 🙏
