Staying hydrated while exercising is super important. That being said, for most people, drinking water when you feel thirsty is sufficient. We also get a lot of our water from the food we eat.

As a construction worker I can confirm as I'm constantly telling the guys to stay hydrated we put a urine chart with the different colors to help guys understand just how dehydrated they may be

I'm a person that has chronic dehydration. Even 1 litre of water in the morning straight away is not enough for me to pee at all in hours. It is only after I drink another 1 litre in the afternoon that I start to pee.

Most of the time when you feel really tired, think back when's the last time you drink water and how much you consumed. You're probably dehydrated, not tired.

I tell people this all the time, water is the most beneficial substance there is.
Its good for your muscles, ligaments, joints, bones, skin, hair, organs, bowel movements, immune system, brain, cognitive function, mental sharpness, energy levels, hormone production, etc
Every fibre and aspect of your being is directly effected by how much water you drink.
