You look amazing! I’m just starting the vegan lifestyle and your channel is making it easier for me. One of the hard parts of this journey is it knowing what to eat and how to prepare it. You have taken all of that out of the equation. I’m 220 trying to get to 175! Keep posting!!

Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good effort. I have been doing a plant based keto lifestyle along with intermittent fasting for seven years. I like the mental clarity, high energy, metabolic homeostasis, optimal lipids, reduced inflammation and appetite suppressant attributes. I avoid, grains, sugar, soy, refined carbs, GMO's and processed foods. I have a list of nutrient dense healthy whole food staples but I will divert occasionally. I keep it simple so I do not have to over think it. My workouts are great. I do a combination resistance training, crossfit and HIIT cardio throughout the week. It took a while for my endurance level to catch up with my workout regimen but I stayed the course and it is paying off. Cheers!

I want to try this. I’ve struggled my entire 23 years to lose weight. I’ve lost a lot and gained back even more, a constant back and forth, and I’m at the biggest I’ve ever been now. I hate it. I’ve done crash diets, I’ve done lifestyle changes, but all were temporary because my mental health wasn’t in order and I was going about it alone and unguided. I’m making a change in a week that I’m hoping will catapult me into a much healthier space for me to be happy and supported and I want to accompany this with a dietary change. You’ve inspired me so much to want to commit to a plant based diet, to do right by myself, and I’m going to be revisiting your page very soon. ❤️

I know I’m supposed to be doing this lifestyle change but I keep dodging it. It feels like I can accomplish EVERYTHING else, except losing weight & feeling my best. I keep starting & when I don’t lose 50 lbs the first week 😂 I figure it didn’t work 🤷🏽‍♀️. I know it sounds insane but that’s my truth. I’m glad I came across your IG page. New subbie. I’m hoping to not give up this time around. Thanks for sharing your story.
