It wasn't easy, and there is no magic pill, losing weight is a difficult task and requires consistency and lots of patience.

Morning: 1 slice, egg Nd tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 bread sandwich or better still a salad, water
Dinner: small roti and Salan and cup of tea with out sugar.
Keep drinking water throughout at least 1.5 litres a day
Plus 1 hour brisk walk.
The weight will start to come down.

I used to take brawn bread instead of white bread, brown sugar or honey instead of white, quit fizzy drinks, ice cream chocolates chipset ... for last four years... but trust me I put on a lot of weight... now there’s one more thing i want to add in juggun’s points is to avoid stress... the stress I have been taking for last four years has ruined my body, as it makes your eating timing wrong or not havingenough food, ur sleep disturbs, your mood falls down & stress level increases sugar & some kind of salt levels ( unhealthy cholesterol & acids in your body) so I knew the reason of my weight gain even after having healthy food... so when u can’t help your self with depression & anxiety issues than plz try to do one thing only... don’t skip your at least three times meals specially the breakfast, which add air in your body & cause bloating... second keep yourself hydrated by drinking water as much as u can, 3rd keep reciting Allah’s any name or ASTAGHFIRULLAH OR KALMA... Because I know in depression many house bound women can’t get out of their house holds & cant exercise or can’t find many activities to keep themselves busy & happy so keep drinking water, eat on time & try to sleep even you don’t feel like to sleep... calm your body if can’t do ur mind relax... Allah bless all of you

I completely agree with you juggan, i am a working mom and a student and also a housewife. i lost my weight after 11 years of marriage and i controlled myself for next three years and then i got pregnant with my little one even though i didn't gain much but now i am struggling to loose the last three four kgs :( . i wish there was a magic pill but from my personal experience i know that i had to work hard to earn my stripes to loose that unwanted crap. i have to get that motivation back again. i am not binge eating but i am still finding it hard to find time to work out.

I do 45 mints exercise . 3 km brisk walking . And on empty stomach i drink apple cider vinegar . No bread and sugar and 16 glass water . And in one month i lost almost 5 kgs

I started my journey in dec 2017 with some simple exercises and cycling✌, both altogether for 1hour or 45min, i was 66 then..then i switched to walking for 45 min after 3months..now its my 5th month of journey and i m 58 now✊., i aim to keep my weight between 45-50, bcz i m tiddi😂, lets see when it happens bcz i need to take breaks from it for my different papers inbetween..and yes its all about lifestyle..i also do this honey lemon drinks and green tea everyday..these all changes also make your skin glow which i love❤❤love you juggun❤❤

So I was 200 lbs and lost 40 pounds now I am back to 170 and I hate it. I am kinda stuck here and am craving carbs. Just have to get back into routine again. Your video just motivated me to lose 30 lbs more soon inshallah.
