Shrek 5's first teaser from DreamWorks Animation is here, which features a newly designed Shrek, Donkey, Fiona, and their grown-up daughter! Because this is the first movie in the mainline Shrek franchise since Shrek: Forever After, these characters have gone through some big changes. What can we expect from Shrek 5?

Honestly I don't mind it, I think it truly does show how they've aged, the only thing I can agree on is Shrek needs a few tweaks, but thats it

I'm calling it. It's gonna be one of those events where the teaser intends to stir up controversy but then when more clips and info show up, it turns out to be a lot better.

Either way, I can personally live with it as long as I can still hear Mike Myers as Shrek again.

i think the reason why it’s so jarring to see these new designs is because we’ve had the original baked into our heads for four entire movies. i agree that things look really off, but this IS only a teaser. i wish we saw a little more
