I don’t understand the appeal of Zendaya, I really don’t. She’s essentially the female Pedro Pascal. I think she’s very overrated and miscast in a lot of projects. Hollywood keeps using the same people for whatever they’re making. I’m sick and tired of that.

I took my children to the original Shrek movie. I don't remember thinking this movie was terrible. I remember thinking it was entertaining.

Shreak 1 and 2 aren't lazily written, dude. It was one of the first animated movies to really bridge the child humor with adult humor. Disney did this with imagery, but Shrek did it with punchlines.

Bad take there. Shrek 5 looks bad though.

This will be shit. But, does no one remember why Shrek was such a massive success? It was a giant fuck you to Disney. This was the hipster equivalent of being the first "I hated Disney before it was cool" as the chairman ended up founding dreamworks as a huge middle finger to being fired from Disney. It openly mocked the giant childrens production company that was ruining childrens movies back then before they moved on to everything else that we see now.
