This is very true. Shrek was supposed to be a Walt Disney movie, but Walt Disney said it could never be part of their world because it was too much for adults, so Work went back and did the whole film. That’s why you see Walt Disney characters in all his movies

Fun Fact: in Shrek 2? Maybe 3? I don’t remember. donkey is talking to Puss n’ Boots talking about how he got a wedgie this one time. Puss N’ Boots says “How is that possible. Your a donkey” Donkey responds with “some things are better left unsaid”
