I admire the dedication towards a proper Olympia prep. Some bodybuilders seem to rely on pre-made prep meals that get delivered to them. Keep the golden era meals coming!

I haven't been on this channel in ages, feels like coming home after a very painful day.

really love your fdoe videos, Wessley. Back ages ago you inspired me to go pescetarian. I include a little chicken or grass fed beef here or there now but like 8 years ago i was full pesco after watching some of your QandAs you mentioned the benefits. Really like your FDOEs cause you're so health concious- as all bodybuilders SHOULD be but unfortunately are not. Thanks for keeping us up to date, Mr. Fisherman!

I always wondered why I didn’t see fish/seafood in bodybuilders “meal plans”. Glad to see that you add some in your diet. I’m watching from Chile, were we have 4.500Kms of coast 🌊 and obviously a lot of quality seafood/fish! (And we never considered it when picking good quality protein sources😅)

In the offseason, you sometimes ate rice pudding before training. up to 130g did you use 700ml of water? I remember well? Rice flour digests faster for me, especially if I use water at least x8

People making a Philosophy about everything. I am a fan of keeping it simple and effective. this was a very good demonstration for such a strategy🤙 The only thing i do different is the fish/shrimps... sadly i can't eat any seafood. So i replace it with chicken and more omega caps🤷🏻‍♂️
