They taught us how to tie the one handed bowline when I was in scouts back in the 70's, very easy once you've practiced it a bit.

Looks like you almost demonstrated it too. Looks handy, thanks for the info.

Hold the tail close the end. Don't let it go until you need to reach around to close it. Then the tail is almost never loose nor do you require to bite it. Hold the tail. Push forward and over the working rope. Twist under and back toward your body then up through the triangle between your body and the two rope lengths. Still holding the end, lay forward and this time, to the right of the working rope. Now, still forward, palm it left and under the working rope then up to take hills of it again. Pull backwards, still with the tail held, freeing your arm at the same time.
I can do this in my head and with my eyes closed 40+ years after learning it.

It's rather excessive, but no one can dispute, you proved your point.
It's your life - your choice, but I would much rather you took less chances if it improves the odds of more videos.

Well done, mate. You dress like us Texans including your horsehair hat band. Again, well done.

While tying the knot he operated 1 handed BUT as soon as he had to get up to the next level back to 2 arms & 2 hands....
