i mean its never told on any of these articles, its always you are 10% or 50% more likely to get this and that cancer. but that doesnt mean you are 10% or 50% llikely to get cancer. just more likely in comparison, and the comparison is what something like 0, 1% to +50% = 0, 15% ?

I've never had blisters from a sunburn even though I have a really light complexion and have been realllly sunburnt. So my question is: is it really just blistering burns or any bad sunburn causes cancer?

Don't listen to statistics, listen to your own body. The sun has amazing properties which do so much good for you yet we are constantly being made to fear it to the point where some of my friends will actually feel uncomfortable if they're not sat in complete shade. Fair enough, if you feel yourself burning, protect yourself but don't be governed by statistics and fear
