As I do my wash and go everyday for 6 days (co wash) and I shampoo at the end of the week, my hair 4c/b, I find my curls is making my hair tight! My hair is short...afroish but the curls are almost screwed into my scalp....I love it

Omg who's disliking his videos? This is great info. I find that if i let my hair air dry for 30mins and then defuse a bit b4 i tie it down helps a lot. It is still kinda wet in the morning and that helps with the stiffness and i can dry it more thoroughly and stretch roots in 10min and be on my way.

I have fine low/med density hair and I cowash at night. I do 8 to 10 bantu knot twists with hair bands and I have the most beautiful curls in the morning!!! I do this each night!!!
