Why did you release them with their yolk sack still present? For safety and wellbeing you should let them stay in the container until their yolk sack is fully absorbed.

Loved watching his little yolk sack just zooming along!

You need to leave them in the incubator till they fully absorb their yokesak. They can get it caught on something and easily bleed to death also they can get bacterial infection with it not be able to dry up and heal right. Please keep them in incubator longer.

Do they lay their eggs in the water?! I'm going to have to look these turtles up now and learn more, they are great looking!

How big do the mini musk turtles get? Do they need an area to be able climb out of the water like some do, or are they fully aquatic? I read somewhere that musk turtles got around 4-5 inches across.

Those look like what are called stinkpot turtles and they don't get much longer than 3 in!

Please keep them in the incubator until they've completely absorbed their egg yolks! They are way to young to be in the water
