In Florida, many beaches mark and guard those nests. And authorities ask beach homes to cut off or block outside lights when season starts so babies don't come to the light. So many sea turtles are endangered. That resort needs to do that. Life matters.

For anyone worried about the fact that there was a bed put on top of the nest - The resort put it thereon purpose to protect the nest from people stepping on them or purposefully kicking them. The bed is slightly raised underneath so the turtles can get out.

If I was there and saw the baby turtle's, I'd protect them as they were crawling towards the ocean so the seagulls didn't Kill them, they're beautiful little babies.
