Cutting and going to the gym every day were also my mistakes. When I started going to the gym, I went on a cut right away. I went to the gym every single day and I was a dumb idiot so I skipped legs so I basically did upper body 7 times a week, lmao. I got so freakin skinny that I was legit 2 lbs away from being diagnosed anorexic. I finally started to do my research. I started a bulk and I went to the gym 4 times a week. My lifts sky rocketed, I felt amazing and I did gain body fat but I finally didn't look like a skeleton. In that year of bulking and doing everything right my bench went from 65 kg to 100kg, squat from 60kg to 120kg and deadlift from 80kg to 160kg. I gained a lot of muscle too. I transformed basically. After that I got body dysmorphia and I have been on endless short bulk/cut cycles. Teens, go on a bulk, get strong and big af. Don't mind some fat gain, you will lose it later.

They say cutting is bad but not for everyone.
Personally ive been slightly bigger but have worked a physical job for 6 years. So i have enough muscle from regular life to cut have have size.
