Imo....
I think the same concept applies
to other many other things like
food, vitamins, water, ect.

Drink too much water??
You pee it all out.

Take one too many vitamins??
you pass very "expensive" urine
that appears neon-yellow in color
and results in your money
going down the drain.

Eat too many food calories??
you only get a fatter waistline

Get too much exposure to the sun??
You get sunburnt as well as dehydrated.

Translation:

The body will ONLY utilize
only exactly & precisely what
it NEEDS and nothing more.
