How to copy formulas in excel without changing cell references:
1. Under Home tab select Find & Select.
2. Choose Replace option.
3. Under Find type "=" and under Replace with type "-" then select Ok.
4. Excel will replace all the "=" in the formulas with "-"
5. Copy the formulas and paste it an empty column.
6. Go back to Replace option and this time under Find type "-" and under Replace with type "=" and select Ok.
