We all want to be good in bed, right? Here's a quick routine that you can do as often as every day to mobilize, strengthen, and release your deep core muscles (including your pelvic floor). You can do it alone or with your partner; either way, join me now! You don't need any equipment. The moves:

This really works! Been doing these exercises the past 2 weeks every day after finishing my main workout. Not only has my flexibility improved tremendously, but intimacy with my husband is so much more intense. I have a grade 2 prolapse after having 2 babies 12 months apart and the difference I feel is awesome!

Wow!! This is the first pelvic floor exercise that has worked for Me ! That happy baby one released some kind of emotion bc I almost cried 😅 and My teeth were tingling. Will definitely be doing this one everyday!!

Hi Dr. Bri. This is awesome. I've been doing this for a little while now, and my back pain is gone. Along with many more muscle pains in my legs and also hips. It also stretches and I feel very much energised and relaxed after this yoga. I always do this as the last in my exercise routine and I love it!! Thank you so much for sharing ❤

I'm not sure if they'll work for me, but just the fact that you made a video like this makes me so grateful and appreciative that you did!! ❤ It's truly so difficult going about my day with prolapse and feeling no satisfaction during intimacy with my husband on top of that.

Wow! These are exercise am thought for my lower back pain...i was actually looking for something that will make me better in bed

The happy baby pose is hard for me to hold as I feel pretty tight in my legs and groin. I’m a fit person but suspect my pelvic floor is weak or overly tense. Does the tightness mean i have a weak pelvic floor??? I’m looking forward to exploring more pelvic floor exercises, thank you!
