Very interesting content, when I stopped engaging with someone who had npd, coincidentally my husband had an influx of emails from multiple fake accounts. It could be a pure coincidence.

I unplugged the Alexa's etc - they were all in his email and he refused to change them, I heard he could maybe be listening in to us with them, but I was really fed up of listening to his amazon purchases 🙄😒

We should have legal or police options if people force contact after we go no contact.

I use the Talking Parents App with the Narc and even there he does the same thing—Controlling, Manipulative Behavior, Gaslighting and the best one of All—Putting his projections on me 🤦‍♀️ And not only that, but also states his Future Faking at the kids—unfortunate to say my kids have this type of father, who does not care one bit about his children and who is always stating he is making plans to pick them, buy them clothes, taking them here, over there, and a month and half already passed by and he has never picked them. —So what is the point on having this Talking Parents App open to communicate with this individual I have blocked every where with his entire family and anyone related to him, and we have kids together and the whole purpose for this communication app is only and should only be to talk about the children situations, but I feel I still have a small window for this toxic individual to dump his trash as if I am still his triangulation. Some advice please would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks Ben, your videos are amazing and very helpful for my healing process.

I got a vpo on my husband(he beats on woman), he now can't see his child for 5 years... Smh he doesn't care, that's exactly what he wanted me to do.

No contact with narcissist works because we are deal with intelligent computer, but if there is no data, then computer cannot take any decision.

My husband just left me and I know he is with someone, yet he not doing anything online and keeps telling me there is no one when his job confirmed they were together. He has not been interacting with anyone except his toxic kids and cuzs. Why lie?
