No, Napoleon the third was not "the famous Napoleon." He was his much, much less successful descendant who tried to invade Germany, lost horrendously, and is arguably indirectly responsible for WW1 as a result.

Napoleon III was THE Napoleon I’s nephew.

He wasn’t indirectly responsible for WWI, their defeat was official and had been accepted. It was decades later when Kaiser Wilhelm II was becoming reckless and isolated Germany so much that there only ally were the weak Austrians, forming the seeds of WWI
