CRISPR Cas9 Screening

This video provides an overview of setting up and conducting a large-scale CRISPR screen in the context of Glioblastoma (GBM). Although we focus on GBM here, the concepts are applicable to a wide range of scenarios. Our ongoing CRISPR work is performed as a collaboration between the Sonabend and Ahmed Labs at Northwestern Neurosurgery, supported by NIH/NINDS.

First of all, thank you for your effort. I have a question about the numbers of the construct. Why there are 77, 000 constructs, and how to determine these numbers? Could you basically explain, please?
