They do offer cheese on Italian beefs. I believe mozzarella. And its fantastic. It helps balance all the spices

Mine is dry, nacho cheese and hot peppers with fries. You get a cheese fry off the sandwich and the all the juice sinks into the bun. So like ordering a sandwich and cheese fry. Sorry was raised by a single mom taught how to save money.

Cheesey beefs are acceptable at some locations. It’s not traditional and no one will frown upon it. Some locations though just don’t offer it or won’t do it.
