pro tip with the buzzing microphones.

i had that problem as well, if you turn the gain all the way up on the microphone connected to the camera, and all the way down on the camera body, it should get rid of the buzzing.

also make sure you have a good cable, sometimes they wear down and start making noise.

why is this so accurat. A body of mine was always shredded in highschool and afterwards. Yes, he trained, but he was also a hardcore stoner, was partying, drinking and ate like shit as money was always short.

I once had a friend of mine nearly begging me to start working out, I’ve grown up on a farm my whole life so lots of lifting heavy things and lots of them are quite awkward dynamic weights, I don’t look after myself or go the gym at all really, got a free gym membership in college and my friends decided we should all go before class started and I thought why not? Turned up on 3 hours of sleep drinking my 4th can of monster in as many hours having just finished eating a 4 pack of sausage rolls. I can’t bench press for shit but nearly every other weight related exercise I surpassed the power lifter and the regional amateur boxing champion. We tried to do a 1 rep max squat to see who could get the highest, everyone else topped out about body weight but I got to double before my spotters started feeling uncomfortable, my friend basically begged me to work out saying if I trained I’d probably be unstoppable. But I do not have the commitment for that.

Thats me. I gained so much definition in like 3 months. I was a lot slimmer before the summer.
