My physique hasn’t progressed much but it has a tiny bit. It’s only been a few months. My strength has definitely shot up. I went from being able to do 0 pull ups, to 7 in 2 months.

I spent two years building my calisthenics physique I got to 165 pounds . When I was in my senior year in high school I went in track and we had mandatory weight lifting. I was doing about 225 squat and 200 bench. At that point I looked amazing without the weight lifting journey so the weights plus calisthenics made me into a 🔥🔥🤷🏽

I think i have good genetics because my father and mother used to live in the mountain province since birth to 26 years old and when i started helping out in lifting things at our store i noticed i was building muscle im 13 and 5'4 btw and im from south east asia

I gained 50 pounds this year since like the end of January. I've just been doing calisthenics like 95% of the time since I started and and not even eveyday of everyother day. But I've been getting called buff and everything since like 2-3 months ago. I'm 6'1, 187, 14% body fat and 87% muscle.
