This exercise really helps to open up the chest. I've been incorporating it into my routine lately.

I only seem to feel these in my triceps, I try to use low weight and follow the video but it doesn’t help

I know this is a 5yo video but it really doesn't show shit and better if deleted. Get a small arch going and yu need to retract and depress your shoulders and keep them below 90 degrees in regards to your torso (don't flare out). This shit is probably gonna injure people's shoulders if they just do it like that and try to get a deep stretch in. Also you probably need a better bend in your elbows which also changes depending on where you are in the movement. This exercise also has no benefit from full ROM as all of the strain is really in the bottom half of the rep.
