At just 12 years old, Calvin Graham enlisted in the U.S. Navy during World War II by lying about his age. This young boy found himself in the middle of the Battle of Guadalcanal, where he bravely fought and was injured. However, when the Navy discovered his true age, he was discharged and sent home. Despite his incredible bravery, his military honors were initially revoked, only to be reinstated later.
