As you all know we will be seeing Ayala Land list a new REIT called AREIT along with Double Dragon listing a new REIT called Double Dragon Meridian Park Reit. All of these REITs would be listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange in the next few weeks. REITS are good for long term investing as it gives a good recurring cashflow from the dividends that it provides. This works as a passive income for life mechanism for long term investor who want cashflow brought about by the strong cash dividends brought about by the REITs plus the possibility of long term capital appreciation as the earnings would continue to rise.

I hope this video gives you enough understanding on what REITs are so you can make massive amount of money by in investing in the stock market by buying REITs!

I think DD will have more tenants due to their attachment to JFC subsidiaries and MM expansion but I still want to have cut of AREIT because Ayala is one of the best property management in the country.
