I have to be honest a 30+year veteran working in the pizza industry with 11 years at Papa John's, the only thing that I'll say is that I was very impressed with your energy and motivation.

This brings me back to my days as a lowly Pizza Bitch Manager at Papa J's... We would get just as stoned as these guys out back or in the bathroom and make a bunch of disgusting pizza for disgusting people. The early 2010's truly was a golden era

I worked at a pizza place. I learned making pizza is easy and cheap af 🤣 you can make like 15 pepperoni pizzas at home for like 15 bucks. And time spent cooking id say is about 10 minutes. Most of that on the dough which you can make enough for 10 pizzas by hand.

Pizza making is a skill everybody needs to master. Amazing food that costs notta.

Anyone leaving comments about gloves:

Gloves are not required when handling food, especially pizza, because the pizza is cooked at a very high temperature which kills almost all the bacteria, meaning you can handle ingredients like dough and toppings with your bare hands as long as you wash them. There's a difference between unready food and ready to eat food.

I think all pizza places should require wearing gloves for each pizza, and placing parchment paper underneath the pizza instead of just putting it in a box...
