How to install insulation in a suspended timber floor (below joists)

Guidance on how to install insulation from below joists in a suspended timber floor with Kingspan Kooltherm K103 Floorboard.

What about a vapour barrier between the insulation and floor boards?

I see it talks about fitting snuggly and flush up against the floorboard. This video is 5 years old. Is this still the case as there's a lot of talk about having an air gap now for breathability and improve insulation ? thanks

Kink span needs a breathing space ? Or you will get condincesation which is water
