Quick and Easy way to remove the Silver Skin

This is just a simple way to take off the membrane AKA silver skin off of any ribs. There are many ways, but I have found this the most effective way!

I've been using a regular knife without much success for years. Turns out, the butter knife is perfect for the job

The quality of meat must make a difference because the ribs I had wasn’t as pretty on the underside.

Them Ribs looked like they were right out of central casting for perfect looking ribs. Did they look like that when you got them or did you pre prep them for filming. Nice video Short and sweet
