I have tinnitus; it waxes and wanes, but it's always there. Almost always - one day we had a neighborhood power outage that lasted the better part of a day. After around 5 or 6 hours, I was washing dishes by hand and noticed the tinnitus had stopped. That evening the power came back on and by the next morning my tinnitus was back. Now we have a solar system and battery storage. It's reassuring since if it gets really hot & there are rolling blackouts we will be able to have air conditioning and not die of heat stroke. That's interesting about the "in one place" idea. I got this weird tinnitus like condition at an old place I used to live. Its since gone away but my neighbors were from central/eastern Europe. I always thought it could be due to mold that had been accumulating on the bathroom ceiling or in the air conditioner but it has just now occurred to me about the neighbors. This was actually around the same time all of the spies down in Cuba came down with that mysterious syndrome. I moved and the condition went away.

I heard a guy, Woody Norris on ted talks explain this he referred to them as Voice of God weapons. Very interesting he says the military is buying them as fast as he can produce them. Also LF/ELF FREQUENCY

My friend was on a land nav exercise out west looking for a geomarker. When his squad found the marker there was a tank with wires connected to it. They called for a rest but soon everyone started complaining of not feeling right ( headaches, nausea), so they left the area. After returning to base they told people what they found.

Later on they found out the military was trying to fry the tank from the inside out using microwaves that was was being transmitted from a base in Maryland. This was the 90's

Maybe satellites can't be used to directly target someone, but they could definitely be used to triangulate and direct an attack from the ground using other means, like cell towers.

The problem with this is systemic. The damage is physiological so it will be experienced in waves, and repeating according to circadian rhythms.

Like John said there are seemingly infinite frequencies everywhere.
When I use a Bluetooth speaker or a game controller, or even my cell phone my Left hand will go numb.
For a while it would be both hands/arms.

Potassium Iodide really helps with frequency sensitivity.

This man fudged the hell out of telling the truth by purposely referencing a few stories meant to put everyone's attention in different directions to the point where the average person will a) stay complacent and not challenge or argue with him or b) have no response to the different answers he gave because each one of them varied. John knows the truth. He didn't have to ask the NSA guy. He was just seeing how someone from the NSA was going to respond. And the response he claims the NSA person gave sounds unsatisfactory to me for them both being in the business.

No need to go all the way to Highland County, Virginia either. A good quality faraday cage will do the trick too. He knows that. Why couldn't he just say THAT! 🙃🙄

Let me go ahead and help you out here, they absolutely can and do target people with microwaves. I don't know if this person actually experienced it. It most likely could be directed by a satellite, but I've specifically heard about it being done via aircraft and with a close device. A satellite seems like a lot of effort unless they are targeting multiple people with one system.

"there is no technology to beam this stuff from satellites" Complete BS.... we already know you can transmit microwaves from satellites, that's literally how telecommunications work. You could use MASER's that go thousands of miles and penetrate clouds and atmosphere.

Also, radar systems are extremely advanced and can beam-form specific targets (such as a phone)
