This is the third year tapping our sugar maple trees and we have enjoyed tapping more trees each year. We have had enough syrup to last us this past year and we hope to have a good season this year to keep us well stocked for yummy pancakes and oatmeal. My husband has learned a lot from the process and he shares his information in these sets of videos on small production maple syrup processing.

@senfats Thanks! I have been really happy with the Anderson folks. I've bought equipment from some other providers and have had issues. My only complaint is that they sure like to use a lot of packing peanuts when they ship! How many taps are you planning?
