Nothing makes me prouder to be a woman than watching birth videos. You are the epitome of strength and courage and vulnerability and beauty. Congratulations to you and your family ❤

I’m still sobbing. I had a natural midwife-assisted birth with my only daughter 21 years ago, but recording the birth experience wasn’t something that was done back then, and I experienced the entire thing with you for the first time since as I watched this, and it was so beautiful that I don’t know when I’ll stop crying. I know you didn’t do this for us, but thank you so much for not cutting out the most vulnerable moments because those are the ones that connected me most to the memories of my experience. You are an amazing CrossFitter Kara, but an even more amazing human.♥️

Watched this with tears running down my face, remembering bringing my three kids into the world with a midwife and my husband’s gentle and constant support. There’s nothing to compare to birth. Its beauty, its pain, its transformative power, its sacredness. Absolutely beautiful video. One regret I have is I don’t have videos. I was so focused on getting the babies out that I feel like I almost missed it since I had my eyes closed and was yelling my head off. Thank you for letting us experience our own stories through watching yours. Congratulations on the beautiful baby ❤

Probably one of the most beautiful moments I've ever seen. Thank you for allowing your fans to be part of something truly magical. Great job, mama! 💜

The amount of mental strength to have an unmedicated birth is insane. Truly, women are warriors and capable of so, so much.
Good job momma!!! Enjoy those snuggles 🥰

Hands down the most beautiful video I've ever, ever seen. Matty treats you so gently and lovingly.. So much kindness and love. When Scottie touched your arm... I couldn't stop the tears.. Sobbing. Thank you so much for sharing. Genuinely 💙 Wow. As a 46 year old Mom who had 2 c-sections, I have a whole new view & respect of what true, natural childbirth is. You're an extraordinary woman in so many ways. Congratulations 🎊

I freebirthed my daughter in may 2022 after an awful hospital experience with my prior daughter, I plan to do it again sometime in the next few weeks give or take. It was the best experience and decision I ever made . For me it was exponentially less painful after having had an induction and it was so nice to be left alone after and not bothered with all the trivial things you deal with in the hospital. Congratulations he’s absolutely beautiful 🎉

This definitely made me tear up and ugly cry when Scotti was comforting you. Great job, momma!!! You definitely got me motivated to give birth to my second baby and remind me how thankful I am for my husband and daughter on how much they are their for me. Thank you so much for this, Kara and Matt.❤❤❤

What an inspiration! I have 4 kids and had them all naturally. Thank you for holding space for all the women who bare this responsibility and for showing us how truly powerful we are. I never felt worthy to be seen as such a woman as you have shown here, but you make me realize how truly beautiful it is and how special it is to have the experience to feel your babies move through your body and to follow your instinct that brings them into this world. ❤

12:55 this is the sweetest thing ever! What a beautiful experience for you all! Your strength through all of this was incredible too. I cried the whole way, but when you were nearing the end and you were like “come one bub” I started sobbing even more.

I love the play on "didnt make it to the hospital". Girl y'all intended on a home birth and God bless you for it. Idk if its illegal in Australia, but you're strong and capable of anything. Long labor and a LOT of work getting him here. But you did it beautifully.

Labor and delivery nurse & crossfitter here🙋🏻‍♀️ Thank you for sharing such a vulnerable yet beautiful time with us. I love seeing natural births like this, especially with the high acuity we can have in the hospital. Congratulations 🤍

Welp.. I was able to hold back the tears until the 12:43 mark... you both have raised such a sweet young girl and I am so happy you guys let her be around for this process! You did absolutely amazing, Kara, and I loved seeing everyone looking out for you and being by your side every step of the way! I hope you do a Q&A and can share the comparison between your two deliveries! So happy for you and your family! ❤

Nearly in tears! So beautiful. I'll be 28 weeks, with our 4th, tomorrow.
I loved your doula's subtle touch on the shoulder, reminding you to lower them and relax your body. And I loved the gentle arm strokes, from your daughter. Then the sweet big sister moments at the end!! 😭🥰

I’m 51 and my first born just had her first baby - how amazing I still remember the experiences ( had 2 more) just like it were yesterday. It’s hard to reconcile how we ever can go through such a surreal experience as child birth and then do it again ! Such bizarre Pain - like an out of body experience, then Joy and relief when they are handed to you- beyond words!

I’m a pretty tough broad with a high tolerance for pain but man it’s hard to hear and watch women go through childbirth without epidurals. Kudos to you and congrats
