This is one of the only births I've witnessed that I can resonate with. A lot of times the women seem so "together" and calm but you seem to experience labor a lot like I loved seeing you remind yourself that you could do it, and you did!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this video and all the actual affirming your pain, and wanting it to end, and being negative sometimes hahaha THIS IS REAL NATURAL LABOR TOO its not all the roses and calm energy and quiet determination. I got exactly what i wanted, a natural unmedicated delivery and i told everyone "never listen to me again" and "GET IT OUT OF ME" during some of the contractions lol the moment it was over tho i was like LETS HAVE ANOTHER BABY
