Honestly, if you're a girl, only audition for JYP or Source Music since they're like the only companies that not only knows how to treat their female trainees fairly, but also knows how to promote them properly once they debut, hence why they're always guaranteed to be successful, career-wise and mental health-wise. If you don't pass the JYP audition, then don't even bother getting into the kpop industry. It ain't worth it sis

I think you would get guaranteed success just debuting in one of these companies, and even if you don't have the most success while debuting, these 2 companies would literally do anything to put you in the game. Take BTS or Blackpink as an example, those two bands are worldwide superstars now.

Boys audition
JYP: you are good, but you are not a girl so you have less value to me

Fact: SM training is the best. If you debut into an SM group, most likely you're an ace, can't say the same about the other companies lol

I would say either Big Hit or JYP. JYP himself was an other once too so he knows what trainees and idols have to go through, and the company also takes a very good job at giving their artists comebacks and also respecting and taking care of them. Bighit also takes a very good job at comebacks and respecting and taking care of their artists/trainees. Also letting their artists (TXT, BTS) help on songs.
