I think in addition to confidence you have to have a certain aura, you know that star energy, otherwise you'll just become another idol, employee, or a participant, , , even if you succeed you'll get lost the moment you quit, , i've seen a lot of idols (just saying idols since its the main subject) who are not talented but okay in what they do yet they still become a star in the public's eye cause they have that different aura, the 'star' energy that they vibrate
