Just getting over being sick my voice is still struggling. I just want to put a note here to correct some things. Going to the gym a lot with time and dedication will lead to results that’s not the point though. Minimalist training is meant to save time and take away junk volume you might be doing in the gym. From my experience with this you really don’t need a 7 exercise 4 set each workout to develop strength and muscle. If you are doing the exercises right and bringing 100% intensity you shouldn’t be able to do much more than that anyway. There are a lot of other things I’ll get to in my full video on minimalist training coming out soon ✌️
