just put mine in yesterday! here's my review
it did take about 2 weeks to receive all my parts. after I ordered they double checked to make sure I was ordering the correct trim/head unit (which added a couple days but id prefer that over getting the wrong piece) and it took a couple more days to finally ship. the head unit was shipped by UPS and so it came in much quicker than the trim which was shipped by Fedex. Here's the over all timeline. Ordered on April 30th, Shipped May 7th, received head unit May 9th, received trim May 13th.
Carmaspeed support did take a while to respond to questions when i asked but when they responded they were very helpful. Following this video made install very easy and ive literally never done any work on a car ever. everything was installed in no more than 30 minutes. the new head unit runs smoothly and is very nice quality. dont regret this purchase one bit.

Has anyone figured out how to connect volume controls on a 2014 Toyota camry, to the CarPlay? Mind you the steering wheel doesn’t have voice control/option but is able to answer calls and disconnect with the button options?

I'm installing this setup this weekend on my 2013 Camry. I question why install a mic? Does the stock mic not work? I also wonder about GPS antenna placement. Wouldn't you want this visible to the sky or is it effective behind the head unit?

Are any features lost? Does the car retain the vehicle information such as tire pressures, miles till empty or the MPG graphs? Does the back-up cam still work the same?

Had the unit for a few months now. Love it! Just have an issue with the mic, my calls say they can barely hear me. Is there something in the software to boost mic volume? Or any way I can use my original OEM mic (preferable)?

As of may 2024 the wings/nibs have to cut off as he suggests to fit.

Oh the little yellows clips break easy so be careful, I broke all 4 for the AC control but it seems to fit snug and tight so I didn't bother replacing it. Also when you're removing the 10mm bolts be very careful and have a magnet handy as he suggests. I lost one deep into the car
