Absolute truth is the #1 criteria over all others for having big muscles and being strong is Consistency.
They don't even need the best program or workout but they do need to understand what they're doing and do the necessary things to achieve muscle growth.
If a person eats correctly and dedicates 4 days as week for 45-46 weeks a year he/she will be a bodybuilder. They might not be a competitive bodybuilder but a bodybuilder none the less.
I say workout 7 weeks and rest the 8th week, so take off the last week of every second month.
Do that for 10 years and you're Golden
Getting Pete's program
won't hurt
Take Care

The only bodybuilding YouTuber I trust. I don’t even trust Ryan Humiston. Anyone who is as big as Pete, or who has been working out as long as Pete or still has a full set of hair like Pete will always have my undivided attention 😂

Peter, do you ever miss your physique when you were leaner and competing?
Like do you ever miss how your mid-section used to look ?

These 6 rules have helped me the best so far when I did these I finally started noticing changes in my physique-
1. 2-3 day full body split
2. Progressive overloading, and prioritizing big compound movements with barbells, with a small amount of isolations to help the compounds
3. I Did the exact opposite of what fitness influencers say is optimal- I prioritized OHP, Deadlifts, BOR'S, etc.
4. I decided Fuck machines, cables, and fluffy high rep work, and went heavy for everything even for isolations
5. Lift heavy and only do 2-3 sets an exercise in the 4-8 rep range
6. Eat and sleep well

Solid Split🔥 ngl tho not every skinny people are weak. I’m a runner, I’m skinny but very muscular & I can bench 275. And I don’t even weight that much ( 145 - 155 )

And juice.... definitely juice...no hate. If I had a guy I would too. But let's admit it. That's a juiced physique. Looks great 👍🏾

Dude at least be genuine we all know it you’re on stuff stop denying it and acting like you built your physique just with ‘hard work’ it’s so disingenuous
