Scar 17 Recoil Demonstration

Lucas Botkin runs a simple close range target transition drill with his Scar 17. The weight and added recoil of 7.62x51 doesn't slow him down too much.

He's running the stock Scar muzzle brake, Eotech EXPS 3, and Geissele Super Scar trigger.

Saw a series today from InRangeTV here on You Tube. They removed the muzzle break for a .308 shootout and then complained about the recoil. I saw all I needed to see from that channel.
The SCAR 17 is the softest recoiling.308 I have ever fired, to include AR10’s and M1A’s. Thank you for showing that in this vid. 🤙🏼
