Trust me, don't ever say "stay flexy" when she's giving birth! Free advice. We need you!

I love that there is some actual, practical advice for partners. When my aunt was pregnant, all the advice she and her husband got was about what she should or shouldn't do. My uncle was just supposed to "accept her hormonal behaviour and bring food when asked" which is honestly the bare minimum and He seemed so helpless a lot of the time, frustrated that He couldn't find any actual advice on how to actually make his wife feel better. And my aunt felt like He wasn't really involved with the pregnancy apart from buying stuff and trying His best to be patient and accomodating.
This right here is so pro active, something that can keep the two expecting parents connected and also help the one carrying the child feel better. The world needs more stuff like this.

I love how proud you are, "So its MY JOB!!" In a very childish voice. I love it...

That stretch for sciatica absolutely works. I thank you for that. For a pregnant woman Please, please have her get a maternity belt. The sciatica pain will be gone.

Having my husband help me stretch was the only way I could walk normal. Having someone to help you take care of yourself makes such a huge difference in the experience.

Keeping in mind that as labor approaches her system is increasingly flooded with relaxin, the hormone the softens all of the ligaments in her body so that her pubic symphysis can stretch to accommodate the baby exiting through her pelvic girdle. Proceed with caution because you can stretch out other connective and supportive ligaments in other parts of the body permanently. This is why your feet grow in pregnancy- the ligaments binding your tarsals and metatarsals relax, allowing the foot to spread and change shape under the weight of the pregnant person.

Also, I understand that not all women have a partner, there are different situations for different pregnancies. You can also use a workout band! They’re not terribly expensive, and you can purchase them anywhere they sell simple gym items.

The thickness determines how much resistance it gives when you pull

That kid is going to have the best motor skills, coordination, and balance in his age group. Indubitably.

Walking, jumping, running, climbing, parkouring... You need to childproof EVERYTHING.

Do the belly lift! Stand behind her and gently lift her belly so you’re carrying the baby for a couple minutes. Having a little relief every day might help with some of the pain.

The reason you prop them (the pregnant person) up is because the baby may be in a position where they compress the major descending/ascending veins and arteries when in a supine (flat) position. This can lead to heart complications!

I love how you're giving advice about stretching for a non-normal body. Too many of the videos I've seen on exercise, stretching, etc ignore people who have bellies, flab, limitations due to health issues or age. You have emphasized stretching within one's current limits in your videos. I appreciate it. That's why I subscribe.

This gentleman’s videos have helped prevent me from having so many injuries. I know he doesn’t have EDS but as someone with EDS; a lot of his advice has really helped. I hope he knows how much his videos are sent throughout the EDS world and have helped people
